If you’re looking for therapy in Alpine, Utah, I offer a space for deep, meaningful healing and personal growth.

Many of the people who find their way here are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who have spent years trying to understand themselves and their relationships, yet still sense that something deeper is waiting to be seen.

My work integrates psychotherapy, relational insight, and the cultivation practices of Medical Qigong, supporting meaningful psychological healing and deeper energetic balance.

I’m Paige VanderSloot, a licensed therapist, certified sex therapist, EMDR practitioner, and Doctor of Medical Qigong. I founded Awaken Center for Healing as a space where deep nervous system healing, spiritual integration, and soul reclamation are not just possible—they’re expected.

I’ve spent over a decade guiding individuals and couples through trauma, relationship repair, and major life transitions. And beyond that, I offer a space where you can feel safe enough to let go, real enough to be seen, and sovereign enough to rise.

I work with people who are ready to shed old skins.
You may be navigating trauma, anxiety, disconnection, loss, or relationship pain.
At times, you might feel exhausted by fawning, shape-shifting, or giving more than you receive.
Maybe it feels like you’ve outgrown the life you were handed—and you’re ready to step into something more true.

They want a space that honors their emotions, their energy, their body, and their soul. Many of my clients are sensitive, intuitive, and intelligent. Most have done therapy before, but they’re looking for something deeper.

My Approach

I blend psychotherapy with energy medicine, intuitive wisdom, and deep nervous system presence.

That may look like EMDR to process trauma, somatic techniques to calm the body, sex therapy to reconnect with desire, or medical qigong to restore energetic flow.

Sometimes we speak. Sometimes we listen to what your body is saying.
And sometimes, we breathe, shake, cry, or laugh.
Every session is attuned to your unique needs in the moment.
