Sex Therapy Intensive
A Focused, Deep-Dive Experience for Individuals & Couples
When weekly therapy isn’t enough—or when you’re ready for meaningful change without months of waiting—a sex therapy intensive offers a powerful alternative.
This is a private, structured, and deeply supported experience designed to help you move through stuck patterns, reconnect with your body, and create real momentum in your relationship or personal healing.

What Is An Intensive?
An intensive allows us to do in 1–2 days what might otherwise take months in weekly therapy.
We stay with the process long enough to move beyond surface patterns and into real shifts in how you experience desire, touch, and connection.

Who This Is For
Couples
- Desire mismatch or long-term disconnection
- Pressure/avoidance cycles around sex
- Difficulty initiating, receiving, or communicating
- Rebuilding after rupture or betrayal
Individuals
- Sexual shame or trauma
- Disconnection from desire or body
- Performance anxiety or avoidance
- Desire to explore pleasure, identity, or erotic self

What Makes This Different
This work is not just insight-based.
It is structured, experiential, and skill-building—while still honoring your nervous system and pacing.
We don’t force change.
We create the conditions where change becomes possible.

What We Actually Work With
Depending on your goals, your intensive may include:
Erotic Mapping & Desire Frameworks
- Understanding your unique arousal patterns and “erotic template”
- Exploring what activates vs. shuts down your system
- Differentiating spontaneous vs. responsive desire
- Identifying mismatches between partners (without blame)
Nervous System & Arousal Regulation
- How safety, stress, and pressure impact desire
- Learning to shift out of shutdown, anxiety, or performance mode
- Reconnecting arousal with relaxation, not urgency
Structured Intimacy Practices
- Sensate Focus (graduated, pressure-free touch exercises)
- Rebuilding physical connection without expectation of sex
- Expanding capacity for giving and receiving touch
Communication & Relational Repair
- How to talk about sex without defensiveness or shutdown
- Naming needs, limits, and desires clearly
- Interrupting long-standing relational patterns
Shame, Trauma & Conditioning Work
- Healing internalized messages (including purity culture)
- Processing past experiences impacting your sexual self
- Rebuilding trust in your body and boundaries
