Rates
$190 per 50 minute session.
Insurance
I am not “in network” with any insurance companies, and I do not bill insurance. However, I can provide a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to confirm whether your treatment will be covered.
Payment
When you schedule your first appointment, I will set up a secure login to the client portal for you. Once you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter a credit card number through the secure Stripe system.
Your card will then remain on file with Stripe, and I’ll use it to process payment after each session. Stripe accepts most major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
As long as you cancel 24 hours in advance (by Friday for Monday appointments), there will be no cancellation fee charged. You can cancel online through the secure client portal, by phone, or by emailing me directly.
If a cancellation happens late or you’re unable to attend your appointment, the full session rate will be charged to your card. That said, in the case of illness or an emergency, please reach out.
