Individual Therapy in Alpine, Utah
Trauma Therapy, EMDR, and Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy
Therapy is more than talking. It is a space to slow down, be witnessed, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been silenced, burdened, or pushed aside.
I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of the people who come to see me are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who have already done significant personal work but sense that something deeper is still asking for attention.
My approach integrates clinical psychotherapy with nervous system awareness, trauma healing, and depth psychology.

When People Seek Therapy
You may be experiencing:
• Feeling stuck in survival mode — anxious, hyper-vigilant, or emotionally exhausted
• Trauma that continues to affect your body, relationships, or sense of safety
• The effects of emotionally neglectful, controlling, or dysfunctional family systems
• Patterns of over giving, fawning, or losing yourself in relationships
• Grief, betrayal, or major life transitions
• Questioning or leaving rigid religious systems or belief structures
• Being highly sensitive or intuitive and struggling with emotional overwhelm
• A sense that something in your life needs to shift
You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many people come simply because they are ready to understand themselves more fully and live with greater clarity and freedom.

Areas of Specialization
My clinical work often focuses on:
• Complex and developmental trauma
• Nervous system dysregulation and chronic stress
• Attachment wounds and relationship patterns
• Mother and father wounds
• Grief and emotional processing
• Religious trauma and purity culture recovery
• Identity development and boundaries
• Sexual health, desire differences, and relationship intimacy
I also work with individuals navigating major personal transformation, including spiritual questioning, identity shifts, and life transitions.

My Therapeutic Approach
My work is informed by several clinical and philosophical traditions, including:
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma processing
• Depth psychology and Jungian-oriented therapy, exploring unconscious patterns, dreams, and symbolic meaning
• Somatic and nervous system–informed therapy
• Parts work and internal dialogue approaches
• Relational psychotherapy
Sessions are collaborative and attuned to your nervous system’s pace. Some sessions involve active trauma processing such as EMDR, while others involve reflection, integration, and deeper exploration of patterns and meaning.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you reconnect with your own internal wisdom and capacity for change. Individual Therapy in Alpine
