Sex Therapy in Alpine for Individuals & Couples
Grounded. Specialized. Deeply Attuned.
Sexuality is deeply personal—often shaped by shame, trauma, confusion, or unmet longing.
Sex therapy offers a skilled, grounded space to explore your relationship to intimacy, desire, touch, and embodiment—without pressure, performance, or pathologizing.
This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to come back online.

Advanced Training in Sex Therapy
I am trained through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT)—the leading professional organization for sex therapy in the United States.
AASECT certification is widely recognized as the gold standard in sex therapy training and requires:
- Extensive graduate-level clinical education
- Specialized coursework in human sexuality
- Supervised clinical experience in sex therapy
- Ongoing continuing education and ethical oversight
Formal sex therapy training at this level is highly specialized and relatively rare, even among licensed therapists.
This means your care is grounded in clinical rigor, research, and ethical best practices—not guesswork, trend-based advice, or generalized therapy.

Sex Therapy Intensives
For individuals and couples seeking deeper, more focused work around intimacy, I offer private 1–2 day sex therapy intensives.
These immersive sessions provide extended time to explore patterns around desire, intimacy, and connection—while building practical tools for lasting change. This format allows us to move beyond surface-level insight and into meaningful, embodied shifts.
Sex therapy intensives may include:
• Erotic mapping and understanding desire patterns
• Nervous system and arousal regulation
• Structured intimacy practices (such as sensate focus)
• Communication and relational repair around sex
• Healing sexual shame, trauma, or conditioning
• Rebuilding connection with the body and erotic self
This format allows individuals and couples to move through material more quickly and deeply than is often possible in weekly therapy.
Intensives are especially helpful for:
Couples navigating:
• Desire mismatch or long-term disconnection
• Pressure/avoidance cycles around sex
• Difficulty initiating, receiving, or communicating
• Rebuilding intimacy after rupture or betrayal
Individuals working through:
• Sexual shame or trauma
• Disconnection from desire or body
