My name is Paige, and I’m many things—therapist, mother, mystic, Doctor of Medical Qigong, trauma alchemist, guide, survivor. But none of those roles truly define me. This is my story and the path that led me to offer trauma healing therapy in Alpine, Utah.
What defines me is the path I’ve walked.
What shapes my work is what I’ve lived, lost, healed, and reclaimed.
The Woman Behind the Work
I know what it means to lose everything and rebuild from the inside.
I know what it feels like to live with a braced nervous system and to carry grief so vast it hums in your bones.
I’ve come to know the ache of relational rupture, the slow burn of becoming, and the courage it takes to speak truth after generations of silence.
My life has required me to grow—not just spiritually, but structurally.
To choose sovereignty over sacrifice.
To reclaim my body, my voice, my trust in myself.
The Turning Points
There are chapters I’ve walked through that split me open—some I chose, and some that chose me.
I’ve been a wife, a widow, and a woman rising from the ashes of both.
I’ve been a therapist holding others through their darkest nights, even while healing my own lineage of abandonment, betrayal, and survival.
Leaving the church was one threshold.
Reclaiming my sensuality was another.
Cutting ties with old roles, old systems, and even family—each time I walked closer to the truth of who I really am.
The path wasn’t clean. But it was honest.
The Professional Weave
Over time, I stopped trying to split myself into parts—therapist here, mystic there, mother here, healer there. Instead, I began weaving it all into one integrated offering.
I studied trauma, EMDR, and sex therapy to support the psychological.
At the same time, I trained in Taoist medical qigong to work with energy, organs, and spirit.
Eventually, I began leading groups, rituals, and soul journeys because people needed something deeper than talk—and so did I.
Now, I work with people who are shedding old skins. People who are ready for something real. People who can’t keep living in a version of themselves that no longer fits.
The Work I Offer Now
My sessions are quiet, powerful, and intuitive. They’re a place where nervous systems soften, memories unlock, energy moves, and soul truths rise to the surface. I don’t promise quick fixes. But I do offer presence, depth, and the kind of healing that honors the mystery as much as the method.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I teach, I listen, I transmit, I hold. And through it all, I help people remember who they really are.
What I Love
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me hiking in the Utah mountains, making music with my kids, tending to herbs, or reading something ancient and strange.
I love poetry, piano, stillness, laughter, and the exact moment a woman decides to stop shrinking.

You made it here for a reason.
Whether you’re in a threshold, a breakdown, a calling, or a becoming—welcome.
